People Inspired is UW-Stout’s Senior Graphic Design and Interactive Media showcase that explores how design is shaped by human connection, culture, and identity.
The objective was to collaborate with a team to create a website for the Fall 2024 Senior Exhibition that showcased each student's project and aligned with the show's brand identity.
Since each student's project related to the theme of passion and personal inspiration, the exhibition was designated the name People Inspired.
The legible, geometric form of Avenir Roman made for great body copy, and Avenir Light Oblique was a great complement used for animated text. Ouma Latin Variable was chosen for the display type, as its letterform balances elegance and clarity across various sizes and uses.
Black and white were used for high contrast and simplicity, while green added subtle vibrance to the branding. The secondary colors are used to add visual interest to the background and reflect the themes of inspiration and curiosity.

The final outcome is a responsive website that reflects the exhibition branding and showcases each student's project in an interactive fashion.
Throughout this project, I learned about collaborative coding and how to manage a document modified by multiple devices. This experience taught me how to effectively communicate with my team, write more readable code, and streamline the development process.
